Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the s day of June , 19 87. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, _
Vasiliou and Zitur Th

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-344
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR STEPHEN
HENDRICKSON, G.A.S. VT, INC. (87025/87026)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Stephen Hendrickson, C.A.S.
VI, Inc. for property located southeast of County Roads 6 and 61, under Resolution No.
87-343 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance of
Building Permit in accordance with City Policy In effect at the time of Building
Permit issuance.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon ng
vote being taken thereon, the fol owi

voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
