Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r_ e� meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on th-eTsi da of June 1987. The

following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 343
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR G.A.S. VI, INC. (87025/87026)
WHEREAS, Stephen Hendrickson, G.A.S. VI, Inc., requests approval for a Lot Division of
existing platted land to divide property located southeast of County Roads 6 and 61;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 1, Block 1, PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, together with that part of Old County Road 6
vacated per Document No. 5113597 lying north of said Lot 1 and lying southerly of
a line parallel with and 50.00 feet Southeast of the centerline of Hennepin County
State Aid Highway No. 6, Pl,.c 5, and lying easterly and westerly of the northerly
extensions of the east ane west lines of said Lot 1.
PARCEL A:
The West 182.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS 2ND ADDITION, according
to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, together with that part
of Old County Road No. 6, vacated per Document No. 5113597 lying north of said Lot
1 and lying southerly of a line parallel with and 50.00 feet southeast of the
centerline of Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 6, Plat 5 and lying westerly
of the northerly extension of the east line of said west 182.00 feet of Lot 1.
PARCEL B:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS 2ND ADDITION, according to the re-
corded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the west 182.00
feet of said Lot 1, together with that part of Old County Road No. 6 vacated per
Document No. 5113597 lying north of said Lot 1, and lying southerly of a line
parallel with and 50.00 feet southeast of the centerline of Hennepin County State
Aid Highway No. 6, Plat 5 and lying easterly of the northerly extension of the
east line of the west 182.00 feet of said Lot 1 and lying westerly of the norther-
ly extension of the east line of said Lot 1.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou
and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
