Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the da of June , 19 87 The
following members were present: Mayor Schnei er�ncilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
following members were absent: none
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 339
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PHEASANT TRAIL FOR MICHAEL McWELY
(85103)
WHEREAS, Michael McNeely has requested approval for Final Plat for Pheasant Trail, a
plat for three single family residential lots; 24 townhouse units; and, one outlot
located east of 53rd Avenue North and Ximines Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Michael McNeely for Pheasant Trail located east of 53rd Avenue North and
Ximines Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing
voted in favor thereof: or c ne er Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou

voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
