HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-336CITY OF PLVNMH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Councii of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of June , 1987. The following members were present:Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 336 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR WILLIAM B. HIBBARD (86117) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for William B. Hibbard for property located at 446 Vinewood Lane, under Resolution No. 87-335; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it shsould and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage 10 facilities. 4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance of Build- ing Permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing of the Division. 5. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin County. 6. Appropriate documents shall be filed on all parcels indicating that in conjunction with this division, conceptual documents have been placed on file with the City for future reference. 7. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with Hennepin County. 8. Appropriate deed restrictions and covenants, as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed on the property prohibiting future division of the property. 9. Storm drainage design and on-site ponding shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a Building Permit on the new parcel. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by COuncilmeMber Vasiliou ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: yor. c neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: e Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an adopted.
