Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on that day of June , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneid€r`� Cauncilmemb rain, biSK,
Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 335
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR WILLIAM B. HIBBARD (86117)
WHEREAS, William B. Hibbard has requested approval for a Lot Division of existing
platted land to divide property located at 446 Vinewood Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The West 140.00 feet of Lot 2, Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County, Minnesota
AND Outlot F, CARLSON COMPANIES 2ND ADDITION
PARCEL A:
That part of the West 140.00 feet of Lot 2, Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, lying South of the North 260.00 feet of said Lot 2.
PARCEL B:
Outl.ot F, CARLSON COMPANIES 2ND ADDITION, and the North 260.00 feet of the West
140.00 feet of Lot 2, Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: mayor 50neleer, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou
and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
