Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
Cd.ty of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of June , 19 87. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Tasiliou
and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 331
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR BEN STROH, SUPERIOR FORD, INC. FOR BASS LAKE PLAZA 3RD
ADDITION (87015)
WHEREAS, Ben Stroh, Superior Ford, Inc., has requested approval for a Final Plat for
Bass Lake Plaza 3rd Addition, a plat for one commercial lot and one outlot southwest of
County Roads 18 and 10;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Ben Stroh,
Superior Ford, Inc. for Bass Lake Plaza 3rd Addition southwest of County Roads 18 and
10.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Maor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou
and Ziturhe Bing
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
