RESOLUTION NO. 87- 326
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY SALES
LICENSES FOR QUALITY INN
WHEREAS, application for on -sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses
have been received from Quality Inn, 27n5 Annapolis Lane, for consideration and
approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, and the Police Department has investigated the
applicant and finds no reason to deny the license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that on -sale Intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales Licenses
be approved for the period beginning dune 1, 1987 through January 31, 1988 for
Quality Inn with the following conditions:
1. Provision of surety bond In the amount of $4,000 as required by 1206.19,
Subd 2 of the City liquor license code.
2. Provision of comprehensive, general liability, and liquor liability
Insurance in compliance with City code 1206.19 Subd 3 and MN Chapter 340A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, Me-
