Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a R meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minneso a, was held on the

Countilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 87- 325
APPOINTMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Plapning Commission consists of seven commissioners appointed to
three year terms expiring on January 31; and
WHEREAS, one of the positions is vacant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it does hereby appoint Larry Marofsky to
the Planning Commission to fill the term ending January 31, 1988.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, }die
