HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-320CITY OF PLVIIOOTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on :TFe TM day of May 1987. The following members were present: Ma or Schneider Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Yasillou e following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 320 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH SAMUEL AND JOYCE VIRGINIA WHEREAS, the Council has been made aware of a fox farm operation located at 16810 Count; Road 47; and WHEREAS, the fox farm violates the City's Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of obtaining compliance without creating undue hardship to the property owner; and WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has prepared an agreement dated May 1, 1987 which has been executed by Mr. and Mrs. Virginia and Mr. William Ruff; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does authorize the Mayor and City Manager to enter into the agreement dated May 1, 1987 with the property owners of 16810 County Road 47 which sets forth the agreements between the City and the property owner for the closing of the fox farm operation at this location no latEr than September 30, 1987. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken t ereon, the following votedn favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk Zitur and Vasiliou We—ToLlowtng voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
