Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City_
Council of the City_ of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day
of May , 1987. The following members were present:

Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Crain Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-315
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - TYRELL 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Hans Hagen Homes requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Tvrell 5th
Addition
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Tyrell 5th Addition
by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed
with the City Council on May 18, 1987 is hereby declared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected
therebv. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota
Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and
they have waived their rights to public improvement and special
assessment hearings.
3. The petitina is hereby referred to the Citv Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resnlution was declared duly passed and adopted.
