Pursuant to due cull and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the Cily
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption

1986 WED ERADICATICN AND DEMRLr-TICN
ROLLS 3 AND 4
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council
has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments
for 1986 weed eradication and destruction chargee (Roll 3 & 4) as provided for
by the City Ordinances and has amended such proposed assessment as it deers
just:
NOW, TSE, BE IT EEIBY F09MVED BY THE CITY OMMIL OF THE CITY OF
PLDCUIM, MSA:
I. Such proposed assesmsent, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part thee~-,A;�f, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special
assemmuent against the lard named U%erein and each tract of land herein
included is hereby bound to be identified by the amount of the
aseemment levied against it.
2. Such amts shall be payable over a period of one year.
3. Assessments may be paid in full to the City of Plymouth Finance Director
by Jame 18, 1987 without additional charge. After June 18, 1987 doily
intwN t charge bawd on an onm al rate of 8.008 starting an My 18,
1987 will be due in addition to the levied asseseeea►t. The last date a
payment can be 1comgt1 by the City of Plymouth is November 15, 1987,
After that date interest shall be added from the date of this resolution
until December 31, 1988 and payment can only be made to Hennepin Canty
with the 1988 property taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
aseeesnent to the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper
tax lists of the Canty and such assessments shall be collected and paid
over the same stunner as other municipal taxes.
5. Tie total cost of the 1986 weed eradication and destruction charges
Rolla 3 and 4 assessed by this resolution are $1,667.51.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilanber Zitur and upon wteu� the following
voted in favor thereof; yor Schneider, Counc rs ra n,
Sisk, Zitur and Vasilou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
