Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulai^ meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of May . 19 87

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 302
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN ANNUAL SALARY FOR THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of promoting performance principles with the
City Manager and all City staff members; and
WHEREAS, the Council has met on three separate occasions to review and discuss the
Manager's work performance with respect to implementation of his position
accountabilities as set forth in his position responsibility write-up;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does authorize a revision in the City Manager's
base annual salary level to reflect an additional four percent, and further that said
adjustment is for performance occurring during the period of 5/1/86 through 5/1/87.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember 5isk , and upon vote being taken the gon, the
following vote n favor thereof: mayor Schneider, CouncilmeMbers Crain, Sfisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
