rursuant to due call and notice thereof, regular meeting of the Citv
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day
of May , 1987. The following mem¢ers were present: Mayor Schneider,
10ounce mem ers rain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-301
REVISING RESOLUTION NO. 86-619
RESPREADING OF DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS
REVISING LEVY NO. 10518
WHEREAS, in accordance with City Policy deferred assessments were respread by
Resolution No. 86-619 adopted by the City Council on September 29, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that payment on the special
assessment not be due until 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the request and determined that it is
in the best interest of the City to defer payment for an additional two years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
That the assessments adopted by Resolution No. 86-619 and spread as
Levy No. 10518 is herewith revised with the first installment due
and payable on or before the first Monday in .January, 1989 with
interest to start on the same date.
The motion for the adnption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being, taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: CouncilmembersrCrain, Sisk, Vasiliou
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Mayor Schneider
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
