Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
May , i9 87 . The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
ouncilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur

Councilmember Crain Introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-299
FINAL DESIGN. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, AND BIDDING ASSISTANCE FOR FiRE STATION III
WHEREAS. the Bond Referendum held on April 28th. 1987. favored the construction of a
third fire station and remodelling of Fire Station Is and
WHEREAS. Boorman Architects Inc. has been selected by the City Council to complete
various work tasks associated with Fire Station iiI and Fire Station I: and
WHEREAS. the City Council has approved and directed the architect as to thq subsequent
phases of this project:
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that Boarmsn Architects Inc. proceed to develop a final design in plans.
appropriate contract documents. and bidding assistance, for the ultimate selection of
contractor(s) for the construction of Fire Station Ill and the remodelling of Fire
Station i.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk . and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
