Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
May , 1987. The following members were present:Mayor Schneider,
CouncilffWTFS Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and 7itur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NC. 87- 287
APPROVING AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF
NO PARKING SIGNS ON VARIOUS STREETS
WHEREAS, substantial on street parking has been noted on the various streets;
and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic:
congestion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY rHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does authorize the installation
of "NO PARKING" signs on both sides of tht following streets:
1. Harbor Lane - Fernbrook Lane to Empire Lane
2. Empire Lane South of Harbor Lane
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Magor Schneider, 09uncilmembers Crain, Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
