Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of May , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, _
Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 281
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR ERWIN
STOBBE FOR PROPERTY AT 1115 GOLDENROD LANE (87012)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Erwin Stobbe for property
located at 1115 Goldenrod Lane under Resolution No. 87-2803
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1.0 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage
facilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance of Build-
ing Permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing of the
Division.
5. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in Favor thereof: mayor 5Chneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The fol owing
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
