HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-280CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of May , "1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87 -280 - APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR ERWIN STOBBE FOR PROPERTY AT 1115 GOLDENROD LANE (87012) WHEREAS, Erwin Stobbe has requested approval of a Lot Division for property at 1115 Goldenrod Lane; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION Lot 4, Block 1, HIDDEN LAKE, City of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota, accord- ing to the record plat thereof to be divided as follows: PARCEL A: That part of Lot 4, Block 1, HIDDEN LAKE, according to the record plat thereof, lying south of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the west line of said Lot 4 a distance of 79.00 feet to the point of beginning of line to be described; thence North 61 degrees 00 minutes East 130.35 feet; thence North 82 degrees 30 minutes East 40.64 feet to the east line of said Lot 4 and there terminating. PARCEL B: That part of Lot 4, Block 1, HIDDEN LAKE, according to a record plat thereof, lying north of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the west line of said Lot 4 a distance of 79.00 feet to the point of beginning of line to be described; thence North 61 degrees 00 minutes East 130.35 feet; thence North 82 degrees 30 minutes East 40.64 feet to the east line of said Lot 4 and there terminating. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 5 Ayes The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ti,�
