HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-276CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of May , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schnei er, ounci1members Crain, 1sk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 276 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EDINA REALTY, INC. (87023) WHEREAS, Edina Realty, Inc. has requested approval of Lot Consolidation/Division of property northwest of County Roads 9 and 18, as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following: Consolidation of: Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, BERG 2ND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota to be divided as follows: PARCEL A: Lot 3, Block 1, BERG 2ND ADDITION; and, that part of Lot 2, Block 1, Berg 2nd Addition which lies west of a line described as beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, BERG 2ND ADDITION; thence South parallel with the West line of said Lot 2 to its intersection with the South line of said Lot 2 and there terminating. PARCEL B: That part of Lot 2, Block 1, BERG 2ND ADDITION which lies East of a line described as beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, BERG 2ND ADDITION; thence South parallel with the West line of said Lot 2 to its intersection with the South line of said Lot 2 and there terminating. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmpmberc Crain. Sisk. __ Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
