Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the �i� day of , 19$7. The

Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 275
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF 47TH AVENUE NORTH AND FERNBROOK LANE (87018)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
northwest of 47th Avenue North and Fernbrook Lane from FRO (future restricted
development) District to the R -IB (low density residential) District in conjunction
with approval of the Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor chneider Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
