Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 87- 266
AUTHORIZING THE CONSULTANT TO PROCEED WITH SCHEMATIC DESIGNS

WHEREAS, Delano Erickson Architects has presented cost estimates for a
Phase I and Phase II construction of the proposed Parkers Lake bathhouse,
and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission and the Director of
Parks and Recreation recommend proceeding with only a Phase I construction
during 1987,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the consultant is hereby authorized to proceed
with schematic drawings for the preparation of a Phase I bathhouse and two
open air picnic shelters at Parkers Lake City Park.
