Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular . meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th . day of
April ,1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk . introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION ND. 87- 259
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AMID C[iDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
1986 WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION CHARGES, ROLL 3 &
WIEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 18.271 M.S.A., the Weed
Inspector of the City of Plymouth has caused the destruction and eradication
of noxious weeds on certain lands within said City, and a determination has
been made that certain charges thereto have not been paid as provided by law,
and the total amount of such work amounts to $1,667.51.
NOON, THEREFURE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OaWIL OF TIIE CITY O1F
PLbV1OU H , MINNESOTA:
The cost of such irrprovement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $1,667.51.

The Clerk shall, upon the completion of :uch proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasilipu & Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
