Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day
of April , 1987. The fo'lowing members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 258
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
1987 UTILITY EXTENSIONS AND BERG 2ND ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 738 AND
PROJECT NO. 702
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for 1987 Utility Extensions,
sewer and water, and Berg 2nd Addition, sanitary storm sewer and water, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tablulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

G.L. Contracting, Inc. 146,066.37
Ro-So Contracting, Inc. 149,619.00
0 & P Contracting, Inc. 154,465.67

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that C. S. McCrossan of Maple Grove, Minnesota is the
lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with C.S. McCrossan of Maple Grove,
Minnesota in the name of the City of Plymouth for the 1987 Utility
Extensions and Berg 2nd Addition, Project No's 738 and 702 in the
amount of $110,568.30.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
