HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-257CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of April , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 257 AWARDING BID FOR AMHURST, ROLLING HILLS AND COUNTY RnAn Al NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS PROJECT N0. 711 WHEREAS, funds have been budgeted for 1987 budget; and WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed and bid proposals received and opened on Wednesday. April 15 , 198.L; and WHEREAS, the following bids were received: Company Total Bid Barber Construction Company S 247.082.20 A1h r Cenntr++rtinn 319_All1 H.L. Johnson 279.217 Matt Bullock �75_AAS Hardrives. Inc. 2BB_0�(1_An WHEREAS, the bid of Barber Construction is in conformance with City specifications for Amburst, Rolling Hills b County Road 61 parksand is therefore declared the lowest responsible bidder; SOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TSE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, !MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does accept the proposal in the amount of $ 247,082.20 and, further that funds for this purchase are authorised from to 401-401 construction fund. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Magor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain. The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
