x Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of
April , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmem ers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Counciimember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its.adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 256
AWARDING BID FOR PARKERS LAKE PHASE II IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 712
WHEREAS, funs have been budgeted for 1987 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals received and opened on Tuesday. April 14 , 1987
and
WHEREAS, the following ::ds were received: (See Attachment A)
WHEREAS, the bid of H.L. Johnson Company is in conforaance with
City specifications for Pro.iect No. 712 and is
therefore declared the 'lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does accept the proposal in the
amount of S 269.247 and, further that funds for this purchase are
authorised from 401 construction fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
reunrilmanh r Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
`Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
