Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of April , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, Zitur,
and Sisk The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-251
APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR QUAIL
RIDGE OF PLYMOUTH 2ND ADDITION FOR DEAN JOHNSON, CENVESCO, INC. (87021) (RPUD 85-5)
WHEREAS, Dean Johnson, Cenvesco, Inc. has requested approval for a Planned Unit
Development Final Plan/Plat for Quail Ridge of Plymouth 2nd Addition RPUD 85-5, a plat
for 37 single family lots on property located north of 42nd Avenue and Orchid Lane;
and, 41st Avenue North and Polaris Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Dean Johnson, Cenvesco, Inc., for Quail Ridge of Plymouth 2nd Addition
located north of 42nd Avenue North and Orchid Lane; and, 41st Avenue North and Polaris
Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: 5 Ayes
The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
