Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, MiMCsota, was held on the loth day of April , 1987. The
following members r -ere present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, Zitur,
and Sisk The
following members were absent:
Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-246
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
WEST OF ZACHARY LANE, NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 (87013)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located west
of Zachary Lane, north of County Road 9 from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R -1A (low density single family residential) District in conjunction with
the approval of the Final Plat proposed for the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED Bl THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for the City of
Plymouth, consisting cf City parkland, right-of-way for County Road 9, and the
municipal water treatment facility, to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: 5 Ayes
The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
