Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of April , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou,Zitur,
and Sisk The
following members were absent:
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-243
APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR
SILVERTHORNE 3RD ADDITION FOR LAURENT DEVELOPMENT COMPA14Y (87009) (RPUD 83-2)
WHEREAS, Laurent Development Company has requested approval for a PUD Final Plan/Plat
for Silverthorne 3rd Addition (RPUD 83-2), a plat for 22 single family lots north of
47th Avenue North and Quantico Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Laurent Development Company for Silverthorne 3rd Addition located north of
47th Avenue North and Quantico Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: 5 Ayes
