HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-236CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Citv Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of April , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Counci members Crain and Sisk The following members were absent: Councilmembers Vasillou and Zitur Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 236 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS STREET LIGHTING - TYRELL 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted April 6, 1987, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the Council on April 6, 1987. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determine: that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement, 47th Avenue and Juneau Lane (Tyrell 4th Addition). 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and the Council resolution is adopted April 6, 1987. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the installation with Northern States Power Company who will install the lighting system. 4. The estimated cost for the improvement is $27 per month. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
