Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
.the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of April , 19 87
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmem ers Craln and Sis�"k
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Vasiliou and Litur
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 231
AWARDING CONTRACT TO MEECO MARINAS, INC., TO
PROVIDE A FISHING PIER FOR PARKERS LAKE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth advertised and received sealed bids for the
provision of a fishing pier on Parkers Lake, and
WHEREAS, the apparent low bidder in the amount of $24,580 is Meeco Marinas,
Inc., of McAlester, Oklahoma, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended awarding the
contract to Meeco Marinas, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the contract in the amount of $24,580 is awarded
to Meeco, Marinas, Inc., for the provision of a fishing pier for Parkers
Lake City Park, and further, that said cost for the fishing pier will be
charged to Project 712, Parkers Lake Phase II.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain and Sisk
.The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
