HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-229CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of April 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schnei erd�ouncilmembers rain an �isk The following members were absent: ounC� mem ers Vasiliou and Zi ur Councilmember Crain introduced the followinq_ Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 229 AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT - QUAIL RIDGE OF PLYMOUTH (85081) WHEREAS, the Development Contract for the Quail Ridge of Plymouth development restricted driveway access for Lot 1, Block 2; and, restricted the issuance of Building Permit for Lot 14, Block 3; and, WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the Development Contract be amended; and, WHEREAS, it has been determined that these restrictions need not apply since the Final Plat for the 2nd Addition has been submitted to the City; iNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve amendments to the Development Contract for Quail Ridge of Plymouth as follows: 14.8 Access shall be limited to internal public roads and restricted from County Road 9. Lot 1, Block 5, shall access 42nd Avenue North; Lot 1, Block 1, shall access Polaris Lane (east/west segment) with garage on the northwest side; arid, Lot 1, Block 4, shall access onto 41st Avenue North with garage on the northeast side of the lot. 14.15 No Building Permit shall be issued for Lot 1, Block 1, until Outlot C is final platted and roads and utilities are extended on Polaris Lane. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
