Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 87- 202
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN DELANO ERICKSON ARCHIT::CTS
AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has interviewed and selected the firm
of Delano Erickson Architects for the preparation of plans and specifications
for the bathhouse and picnic shelters for Parkers Lake City Park; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and recommended
a contract dated March 10, 1987,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
enter into an agreement with Delano Erickson Architects for the construc-
tion of a bathhouse and two picnic shelters at Parkers Lake City Park
with a Phase I cost not -to -exceed $5,700.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counci}member Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
