Coucilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 201
APPROVING JOINT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR RECREATIONAL
SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITIES OF WAYZATA AND PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, during the summer of 1986, the cities of Wayzata and Plymouth
conducted a trail program with the City of Plymouth providing Wayzata's
recreational services; and
WHEREAS, the 1986 program proved to be successful for both cities; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that said
joint agreement continue during future years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, IINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
enter into an agreement for joint and cooperative recreational services
between the City of Plymouth and the City of Wayzata as set forth in
a memorandum from the Director of -Parks and Recreation dated March 10, 1987.
