HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-199CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the day of March , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 199 REVISION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVY H0. 9713 PROJECT NO. 4n4 SUNRISE HILLS/SKYLINE H;LLS ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution No. 85-388 special assessments were levied by the City Council for sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, as part of a negotiated settlement of an Eminent Domain Appeal for right-of-way required for the project a reduction in the special assessment is proposed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA That the assessments be relevied in the following amount as they apply to each parcel here listed: Original Revised Sec. Twp. 3nl. 0Suffix Amount Assessment �. 12 118 22 31 0002 $44,876.67 $27,858.52 FURTHER, that the other terms of the special assessment shall remain as is shown in the aforementioned resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
