Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plym,)uth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day
of March , 1987. "be following members were present: Mayor
Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 196
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
CITY CENTER BUILDING
HUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Humidification System for
the Plymouth City Center Building; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tablulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

Doody Mechanical, Inc., St. Paul, MN $39,699.00
New Mechanical Companies, Inc., Lauderdale, MN 40,400.00
Loop -Belden -Porter, Minneapolis, MN 48,981.00
Commercial Air, Minneapolis, MN 49,973.00
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Doody Mechanical, Inc, of St. Paul, Minnesota is
the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mavor and Clerk are herebv authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Doody Mechanical, Inc. of St.
Paul, Minnesota in the name of the City of Plymouth for a
Humidification System for the Plymouth City Center Building in the
amount of $39,699.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the ne:t lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilmember Zitur , and upon vete being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk si1iou 4nd Zitur .
