The following members were resen —Wa— c net er, ouncilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasi- and plitur. jor The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 195 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID CLEANING, REPAIRING AND PAINTING PLANT WATER TOWER WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Cleaning, Repairing and Painting Plant Water Tower; and WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tablulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Company Total Bid Tenyer Coatings, Inc., Badger, MN.. $167,480.00 Abbe 6 Svoboda, Prior Lake, MN. 183,272.00 Odland Protective Coatings, Inc., Blaine, MN 206,400.00 AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Tenyer Coatings, Inc of Badger, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: The Co T1 til 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Tenyer Coatings, Inc. of Badger, Minnesota in the name of the City of Plymouth for Cleaning, Repairing and Painting Plant Water Tower in the amount of $167,480.00. 2.
