Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 195
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
CLEANING, REPAIRING AND PAINTING PLANT WATER TOWER
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Cleaning, Repairing and
Painting Plant Water Tower; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tablulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

Tenyer Coatings, Inc., Badger, MN.. $167,480.00
Abbe 6 Svoboda, Prior Lake, MN. 183,272.00
Odland Protective Coatings, Inc., Blaine, MN 206,400.00
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Tenyer Coatings, Inc of Badger, Minnesota is the
lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:

1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Tenyer Coatings, Inc. of Badger,
Minnesota in the name of the City of Plymouth for Cleaning,
Repairing and Painting Plant Water Tower in the amount of
$167,480.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
