HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-192CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the I§thday of March , 1987. The folloping membe R were present: ayOr Schneider, ounce me ers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and itur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 192 GRANTING OF AN EASEMENT FOR RAILROAD SPUR CROSSING 13TH AVENUE AND CHICAGO NORTHWESTERN RAILROAD WHEREAS, the Chicago Northwestern Railroad has a spur crossing on 13th Avenue to serve the property at 625 %enium Lane North in the City of Plymouth; and WHEREAS, the owner of said property is requesting that the City grant them an easement across 13th Avenue North for the purposes of operating a lead track, spur track and switching track; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to grant an easement, as approved by the City Attorney, to the JSI Acquisition Company, 625 %enium Lane North, Plymouth, Minnesota, to operate a lead track, spur track and switching track across 13th Avenue North. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that JSI Acquisition Company shall maintain said track easement to the specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Plymouth.
