Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on theday of March . 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnee er, ounciImembers rain, isk, —
Vasiliou and Zitur — the
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-185
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR DEERWOOD
GLEN PLAT TWO FOR GUY HOBMAN, PARKLANDS DEVELOPMENT (86084) (RPOD 85-4)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Deerwood Glen Plat Two as requested by Guy Hobman, Parklands Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer pr;or to filing the Final Plat.
3. The Final -'4at mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved RPUD 85-4 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken thereon, thefollowing
voted in favor thereof: or c neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
