Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of March , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnei er, ouncilmembers Crain, Sisk, —
Vasiliou and Zitur — The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-182
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR SUOMALA
ADDITION FOR PAUL AND DOROTHY SUOMALA (86076)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Suomala Addition as requested by Paul and Dorothy Suomala;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.

2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication for two lots in accordance
with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as .approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: a or Tcn6ider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The ollowing
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
