PursuanL to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of March 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnei er, ouncilmembers Lrain, 51sk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 181
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR SUOMALA ADDITION FOR PAUL AND DOROTHY
SUOMALA (86076)
WHEREAS, Paul and Dorothy Suomala have requested approval for a Final Plat for 3 single
family lots located south of 6th Avenue North at 430 Vinewdod Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Paul and Dorothy Suomala for Suomala Addition located south of 6th Avenue
North at 430 Vinewood Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor c neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and aduuted.
