Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of March . 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, _
Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 179
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR COACHMAN
TRAILS FOR JOHN SCHUETT, OAKWOOD INVESTMENT COMPANY (85022)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Coachman Trails as requested by Sohn Schuett, Oakwood Investment Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
b1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit. There
remains a credit toward park dedication fees for 93 units. Current requirements
are then applied for 59 units based on the approval of 152 total units in this
project.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. Appropriate legal documents regarding shared access and circulation system as
approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
