Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of March . 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, _
Vasiliou and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 178
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR COACHMAN TRAILS FOR JOHN SCHUETT,
OAKWOOD INVESTMENT COMPANY (85022)
WHEREAS, Sohn Schuett, Oakwood Investment Company, has requested approval for Final
Plat for Coachman Trails, a plat for two lots and one outlot located southwest of Olive
Lane and 14th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Sohn Schuett, Oakwood Investment Company for Coachman Trails located
southwest of Olive Lane and 14th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk.
Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against, or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
