HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-169CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of March , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resclution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-169 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - WOODLANDS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 17, 1986, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Woodlands 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on March 2, 1987; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 2, 1987. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk., Vasiliou._and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. +k�Arir iHr�k ate
