Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of
tdarch , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-167
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
NIAGARA LANE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 509
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and C.S. McCrossan, Inc. are entered into a
contract for the improvement of Niagara Lane from County Road 6 to Trunk
Highway 55, Project No. 509, dated May 22, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Niagara Lane Improvements Contract providing for:
Item Description of Unit: Quantity Total Price
Excavation, aggregate
base, extra crew time Lump Sum 1 $24,600
Total increase in contract amount $24,600;
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Niagara Lane Improvements
Contract, Project No. 509 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 2 for Niagara Lane
Improvements Contract, Project No. 509 by adding $24,600 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $1,032,662.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Add 13,912.28
CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - Add 24,600.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT...... $1,070,574.28
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmem—ber Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Myor Schneider, Councilmemberl Crain_
Sisk. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
