Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of March , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Eouncilmembers Crain, sk, Vasiliou,
and Zitur
The
following mem ers were absent: none
Counclimember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-149
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/LOT DIVISION FOR MAX WILHELM AT 508 KINGSVIEW LANE (87008)
WHEREAS, Max Wilhelm, 508 Kingsview Lane, has requested consolidation of Tract
Registered Land Survey No. 404 and Lot 11, Block 2 Glen Grove Acres Into one lot for
the purposes of redivision; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
Tract j. Registered Land Survey No. 404; and, Lot 11, Block 2, Glen Grove Acres.
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and, divided as follows:
PARCEL A
Tract 0, Registered Land Survey No. 404 and the west 360.59 feet of Lot 11, Block
2, Glen Grove Acres, as measured along the north and south lines of said Lot 11.
Subject to drainage and utility easements over the west 10.0 feet of said Tract
and over the northerly, southerly and easterly 6.0 feet of the above described
parcel.
PARCEL B
Lot 11, Block 2, Glen Grove Acres, except the west 360.59 feet thereof, as
measured along the north and south lines of said Lot 11.
Subject to the east 5.0 feet for Harbor Lane.
Subject to drainage and utility easements over the west 10.0 feet of the east 15.0
feet of said Lot 11 and over the north, south and west 6.0 feet of the above
described parcel.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidatlon/Division is approved by
Hennepin County.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmewber Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the followinq
voted In favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou_, and
Zitur The rollowing
voted against or abstained: none --Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
