Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on th� day of March , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider,-Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, VasTliou,

Councilmember Sisk introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-148
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION
FOR MAX WILHELM AT 508 KINGSVIEW LANE (87008)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Lot Consolidation/Divtston for Max Wilhelm
for property at 508 Kingsview Lane and 515 Harbor Lane under Resolution No. 87-149;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the followinq conditions to be met,
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division Lot/Lot
Consolidation with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow nq
