Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day' of March , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z ouncilmembers_ Crain,- sk, VasTliou,
and Zitur The following ers were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following_ Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-146
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR WEST
RIDGE 2ND ADDITION FOR THOMAS GRAHAM (85108)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Westwood Ridge 2nd Addition as requested by Thomas Graham;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, Me follow ng
voted n favor thereof: ayor, neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and
Zitur The following
vot against or abstained: none Whereupon the
NResolution was declared duly pMed and adopted.
