Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day
of March , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-139
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
LOT 1, BLOCK 2
PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain utility and drainage
easements in Lot 1, Block 2, Plymouth Freeway Center Addition; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of March 2, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on March 2, 1987 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of said utility and
drainage easements in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.815 as amended;
and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that such drainage and utility
easements are no longer necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following drainage and utility easements be
vacated:
The drainage and utility easements, were originally dedicated on the
recorded plat of Plymouth Freeway Center and now to be vacated which
lie within Lot 1, Block 2 in said plat; also
The 5.00 foot drainage and utility easement, originally dedicated on
the recorded plat of Plymouth Freeway Center and now to be vacated
which adjoins the West line of Outlot A in said plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
