Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of March . 1987•

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and ;Moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-138
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
LICENSE FOR JAMES DONALD YUNGNER, THE GYM, INC.
WHEREAS, application for on -sale non -intoxicating malt liquor license has been
received from James Donald Yungner to be held in conjuction with The Gym, Inc.
2855 Glacier Lane No., for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City
Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1206; and
WHEREAS, alI fens have been paid and the Police Department has conducted an
investigation.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
1b MINNESOTA, that on -sale non -intoxicating malt liquor licenses be approved.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
votedvote n favor t ereo Mavor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk. and Zitur
