Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-128
APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals consists of six
commissioners appointed to two year terms expiring on January 31; and
WHEREAS, one of the terms did expire 1/31/87;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that It does hereby reappoint Kenneth W. Quass, Jr. to
another term expiring January 31, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CCoouupcilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
