The fol CITY OF PLYMOUTH to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of iary , 1987. The following members were present: Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur owing members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-123 DESIGNATING CONSULTANT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF HIGHWAY 101 AND FERNBROOK LANE TRAIL CITY PROJECT NO. 724 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1987 Capital Improvements Program is proposing to improve Highway 101 from 19th Avenue to 25th Avenue and Fernbrook Lane from Highway 55 to County Road 6 by the construction of a trail; WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate a consulting engineer for this project; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the City policy relating to the selection of consultants the Director of Public Works has made a recommendation from the approved consulting firms; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. be designated as the consultant for the Highway 101 and Fernbrook Lane Trail Improvement Project; FURTHER, the consultant is directed to prepare the necessary plans and specifications for said improvements. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,k,itrt ,irt�t ,Mt,t
